Exhibitions Organizing

About this service

We start with the study, the consultancy and the organising plan, move through the economic feasibility of the exhibition, and end at full operation. We develop new strategies in the exhibition field instead of repeating what already exists.

How we work

1. 1

   Study and consulting

We size the market, the expected audience and the financial case for the show.

2. 2

   Organising plan

Dates, venue, categories, floor map and pricing policy.

3. 3

   Exhibitor sales

A sales pack, booking follow-up and space allocation.

4. 4

   Full operation

Build-up, registration and on-site supervision across every show day.

5. 5

   Close-out report

Visitor, exhibitor and satisfaction numbers, plus recommendations for the next edition.

What this service includes

• Preparing studies and operational plans
• Economic feasibility analysis
• Developing exhibition organising strategies and strengthening their impact
• Exhibitor acquisition and space management
• Full operation through the show days

Ideas worth considering

• A show that starts with a number

The feasibility study shows whether the exhibition pays before you spend on it.

• Space sold intelligently

Pricing by location and footfall raises revenue without raising prices for everyone.

• Each edition builds on the last

The close-out report becomes the sales pack for the next edition.
