Your stand before it is delivered

We turn your idea into a 3D design that lets you see your stand from every angle before manufacturing begins. We review the details, fine-tune the space layout and make sure the design fits your needs, so you arrive on install day knowing exactly how your stand will look.

Why our own factory?

Most event companies subcontract stand fabrication, and lose control of quality and schedule at the same time. We chose to own the whole line: a carpentry workshop, a digital print department, a paint booth and an equipment store - all under our direct management.

The result is that a change which takes a week with an outside contractor takes us a day, and the stand leaves the factory assembled and tested before it ever reaches the show floor.

From brief to opening

Requirements session We map your objectives, the booked space and the organiser's regulations.
3D design Two visual concepts, then a final design with a walkthrough.
Shop drawings Precise fabrication drawings and an approved bill of quantities before work starts.
Fabrication Built in the factory with a photo progress report every 48 hours.
Trial assembly We assemble the full stand in the factory and test it before shipping.
Install & handover On-site installation, handover a day before opening, then dismantling and storage.
